I worked for Oregon Trail'R LLC between 2020 and 2024. Today I help them manage the systems I designed for them as a consultant and a friend.
The following examples illustrate some of the breadth of work I did for them. Some of it cannot be encapsulated within a webpage. Some of it requires more of an engagement through interactivity - either by visiting other websites, or by interacting with the spaces within their trailers.
Overall this job was enlightening, exciting, and an extremely valuable learning experience. One in which I carry into all of my work today.
This video was a promo piece that was focused around a raffle put on by Forged4x4 in conjunction with JEEP.
I was given the footage by Forged 4x4 and made this edit for our own customer base.
The soundtrack is my own original music.
I believe it to be the most 'commercial' and professional video edit I have made thus far.
It completely embodies the ethos within the brand understanding of Oregon Trailer LLC, but as well the spirit of Overland Culture.
This is one of the first (customer facing) videos I made for Oregon Trailer.
Its purpose was to inform our customer base (in short form) of how 'Oregon Trailers' are made. The bespoke, high-quality, small-batch production style the Christianson brothers have developed over the years is what keeps them popular and ahead of most other companies.
This video focuses on the production of a DoDrop ALPHA Trailer. It is the most popular model Oregon Trail'R makes.
I assisted in the filming of this video, but only in that capacity was I involved with its production.
However, it was my CAD/CAM work that led us into CNC milling a high-density foam sidewall to create the chamfered contours on what we call our 'Trash-Trailer.'
It was a great project that allowed me to show a lot more creative control & direction around the aesthetic of an entire trailer build.
